can anyone stop USC?

I gotta say though that Texas will most likely make it to see USC to play in the Rose, considering who they're playing next. But I think USC will dominate them since Texas has been struggling. It'll still be a fun one to watch.
Well, Stanford definitely never had a chance. Although last year when we played USC we were up 10 pts at half time
Michigan played USC in the Rose Bowl 3 or 4 years ago, and we had our asses handed to us.

Being up against USC at half time doesn't mean anything. Oregon, who is a good team in their own right (ranked 11th in the country) was leading 13-0 in the first half against the Trojans and ended up being routed 45-13 by the end of the game.
USC doesn't need the whole game to beat you most of the time. With the exception of ND where there were several factors that lead to such a close game, they can beat most teams in 1-2 quarters.
