Default Can't get autolock off my car

I put the autolock on my mom's civic after driving it and it was pretty damn dark, so I think the L shaped steel rod did not slide up the lock right, but when I tried to take it off to redo it, it won't budge. I am trying to call their number (http://unbreakable.com/FAQs.htm) but no one is answering. I am at a lost on what to do. Can a locksmith or police help me?

I saw this infomercial in 1998. If I remember right, the 2 hispanic car thieves couldn't get this thing off.

You're screwed! :run:

Take a hacksaw and cut the steering wheel.
