anyone heard of 'the ruckus network'
www.ruckus.com
it is offered at a few schools.. mine being one of them. for 40 bucks a semester, you can have access to 1.2 million songs and however many movies / tv shows they have. but, you cant save the files to burn them, and you cant put them on an ipod.. other mp3 players work though. after im off campus i wont be able to access the files either.
anyone know of any way to save them :rick:

this is similar to the Napster contract Penn State has, except all students can access it from home or on-campus.
and programs are already out there that let you convert mp4 to mp3 for burn FTW

i know they do because with napster you can download songs after you pay or ones that are free and crappy. all downloaded ones have a mp4 extension that WMP and others cannot read.
