how do you guys deal with breakups?
just wondering since i'm going through it right now

well If im the one breaking up it sucks cause ill be trying not to hurt the girl but they always end up being hurt, unless they hated me haha.
the only time a girl ever broke up with me was in school and I couldnt care less

hang out w/your friends more often, and prevent contact with her.

 

keep yourself busy. try to minimize as much time as you can from being alone at home. go out and just keep company around you often. anything to distract your mind from her.

these wont "heal" the wound/pain/situation, but after some time, the initial shock/awakening wont be as hurtful.

but just make sure you have some kind of closure regarding the relationship.

Non serious response: get in touch with your ftfs and have a blast

Serious response: Don't talk to her for a while and let the wounds heal. Try to keep yourself busy like with work or video games.

 

have rick slap you everytime you mention her or think about her

 

oh yeah...

no matter how much you want to, dont answer the phone if she calls. dont reply if she emails or texts. dont call her first or email/text first either obviously.

but of course, this is only if you have come to decide that it seriously is over. you gotta accept the situation before you can be able to move past it.
