I had a pet hamster growing up. The focker bit me once in the thumb, hurt like a mofo! My brother killed it a few weeks later after he threw him while he was rolling in his ball. Thats what drugs will do to you. h:

i would go with a hampster. ive had two, dusty and mc hampster h:. they're pretty cool, but they're teeth do get sharp as hell, it bit right through my cousin's finger. those balls are really fun to watch them roll around in, and you can build them wild tunnels and shit. they are kind of a pain in the ass to catch if they get out though. i always used to build stairs out of books up to a trash can and leave a trail of food. the idiots walk up the stairs and fall in the thing and cant climb out :chuckles:

If you want something that is low maintenence...but one that will actually interact with you also...get a guinea pig.

get some sugar gliders, they are pretty cool. just be sure to get more than one, they need like companions. and as long as you pay attention to their diet and take care of them they dont smell. they make for fun & interesting pets

What about Bearded Dragons? They're social animals. They are pretty active. Minimal care. Can live more than 6-7 years, and they can be loyal to an owner. Mine all line up along the side of their aquarium when I walk into the room. And they chirp at me when I pet them.
