I know you were joking, but deer whistles don't work for shit. I work at a body shop and it's amazing how many cars we get in where people hit deer, and have deer whistles on their car.

This a loaner if that helps.

It's a toll-road transponder. The car probably has metallic-tinted windows, so they can't use the usual kind that mounts on the inside of the windshield, because the antennas at the toll booth can't read it, so they have to use an outside-the-car transponder like this one.
