Default charlie horse... ugh

alright, since i started lifting, every once in a while ill get a charlie horse in my left calf.

what do i need to do in order to make it stop doing this?

potassium pills. that is what i take and sometimes drink pedialyte.

Well, if it happens, the quickest way to get rid of it is to streck it. Yes, by putting weight on it. Yes it is difficult to really get yourself to do, but when it's 3am and you somehow do it while sleeping you just don't think about these things.

those things suck so bad, i sometimes get them while sex0ring mah lady h:
this one time when i was at track practice i went to un-tie my shoe and my calf cramped up. my foot stayed pointing downward for a good minute while i screamed in agony. yea...it hurt.
