workout crew: what's your routine?

Default workout crew: what's your routine?

just curious. i've been finding that i get sore on the second day, not the next day, so i'm trying to cater my routine to that.

What's your rutine? You shouldn't be working out every day if you currently are.
Mon, Wed, Fri I lift weights working all the major muscle groups
Tues, Thurs, sometimes sat I jogg.

well, this week it was:

tues: bi's/tri's
wed: legs
thurs: chest
fri: rest
sat: will be back
sun: will be abs

may change

You shouldn't work bi's and tri's on the same day, bad idea.

Try and do Bi's with Back and Tri's with chest, then just work around that...

Sit-ups, push-ups and a two mile run....

Actually I run like three times a week, and do the others the rest of the time.

What are you going after tone or bulk?
Taking any supplements?

Oh and try taking in more potassium (bannana's great source) it helps your muscles heal when they tear (cause of sore muscles)

well, i'm thin, so i'm trying to get bigger. i'm not going anything huge. really, i just want to put on 20-30 pounds of muscle, and then i'd be happy. i'm hovering at around 160 right now, so that'd put me at 180-190.

i've been taking muscle-tech here and there (not every day) with a banana mixed in. i love bananas, so eating more of them is not a problem.

mon: back, biceps
tues: chest, triceps
wed: legs
thurs: shoulders, forearms

Usually I'll stretch first, then 20 mins cardio, then abs, then lift

tri/back
chest/legs
bi/shoulders
little cardio everyday
abs every other day

if everything was perfect thats my plan of attack, i dont really do legs though, and cardio is either bike or run, but ive been playing a lot of raquetball lately

bis/tris same day is bad idea as you tend to use both on their excercises
