At the barber shop I go to in Portland its 10 + 5. I've been going there for probably 10+ years and they all recognize me.

Here in corvallis I'm forced to go to a friggin Super Cuts where all the high school dropout bitches have big attitudes and are rude as hell. It's 15 and I usually give 1-2 dollar tip, sometimes none at all if they're bitchy.

Uhh, why don't you just TELL the barber how you want it cut? It's not like you're at their mercy of how they want to style it.

Do they cut your hair in front of a mirror? If so, when they do something isn't to your liking, say something. Don't feel embarrassed, its YOUR hair and YOU have to live with it, not them. Shit I told a lady to make my hair shorter 3 times before she finally caught on that I wanted my friggin money's worth.

I haven't paid for a haircut in about 3 years+. I've been rocking the shaved look for quite some time. No guard > *
