If he has a roller mouse, steal the ball. If its optical, cover with dark paper. Then take his entire screen and hide it. Change up some of the letters on his keyboard, just slightly. Or simply unplug the keyboard. Turn up the volume on the phone ringer when they back in the office and constantly call it. (mine gets super loud).
One time, and this was teh ultimate worst, some of us literally strung a barricuda that we caught from a fishing trip, on the frame rail of his F150. He couldnt figure out what the smell was for a week. The only reason he found out because his dog found it. He took it well, literally.

reverse everything so whats on the left goes to the right :dunno:
or glue everything to the desk, glue the chair to the floor h:
one time at my old job, we set all the phones to forward to this one guys desk. so no matter who you tried to call in the bldg, he took it. he got pissed :chuckles:

I found one prank online that was pretty good. You would tie fishing line to his chair and pull opposite side of the line under his desk and back over. Attach it to different things so when he pulls his chair out, everything hits the floor! :chuckles: I definitely couldn't attach it to his dual 19" flat panels but maybe his phone, stapler, organizer bin, keyboard, etc. h:
