am i sick for enjoying this so thoroughly? i like seeing the finished product, tile floors are beautiful h: when im done and i look at the fine ass job i did, i feel damn good about myself. and then other people come in and see my work and compliment me, it makes me feel even better about it.

im thinking about puttin my name out, seein if i can get some side jobs. what the hell, i enjoy doing it, im good at it, i can make some spare change :dunno:

werd, i want to be a contractor and build shit. my uncle is one and i think it is the best way for me since i like hands-on type things.
just wondering how id get into it, like coillege wise...

 

i dont like the other things ive had to do i/e walls, finish work, etc but something about laying (ceramic) tile floors has been fun. i have a friend who just bought a house and needs some floors done, im going to see if i can get my hands in there (pro-bono) and get my name out some.

 

If you get the right contracts it can pay a lot. It is also rough on the body though so not something you can do until you are really old but then again if you get a successful business going you can hire people to do the work and just watch over them. One thing that would suck would be no benefits if you do that full time, so just marry Holly before you decide to make the full move to that career :reechy:
