How many people here live in big cities with drug/gang/asshole problems? I figured it's the majority, I was just wondering how many of you guys carry around protection? If so, what?

My neighborhood is starting to get bad and I think I need to shop around.

Condoms can help you against gangs though. Snap them in the face with it and you're home free....Either that or you will get gang banged, mugged, beaten up and have your rear view mirror ripped off and the cops called on you for no mirrors...

If you mean carrying a firearm.... not many of us can.

A lot of us live in California, which means, you basically can't carry a firearm on your persons -- because in this state, you can't get a concealed carry permit. There are exceptions, but they are far and few between.

Personally, I have one of the exceptions and thus, can carry in California -- and I do, all the time. In fact, I feel strange if I don't have my firearm on me.

 

If you are that scared of your neighborhood why not just move?

I have lived in some pretty crappy neighborhoods and never felt the need to carry because of the neighborhood itself, I always carried because of the shit I was caught up in.

 

Being in NH I do not carry often but when I do it is a Glock 30.

Nothing ever happens here...I am just afraid that if something does I will get caught with my pants around my ankles.
