Default Any foot specialist here?

Somehow my right foot hurts when I walk now. The pain stems from the right side of the foot near the pinky toe. The only thing I can think of that caused it is because of the 2 mile I ran and 4 miles I biked the other day. It didn't hurt when I was doing the exercise though, I don't know what's wrong. I don't want to go to dr. because I have no more insurance due to no more job h:

that happened to me on my left foot about a week ago. Just pain for no reason whatsoever, it felt like maybe I dropped something heavy on it...only lasted about a day or 2.

alot of time when u start doing something new with exercising u get new aches and pains until your body gets use to the change.. like tight hamstrings from weight lifting...that goes away as your body gets use to the change.. it could also be your shoes.. feet swell as the day goes on..maybe the way u r landing on your feet..some people walk on the outer edge, some the inner edge..flat footed or high arched..socks no socks..
