Default computer gods... need your wisdom

I have a wireless range extender that i'm trying to set up /w my computer, and i need the ip, subnet, and gateway addresses. The ip address and subnet addresses were easy to find, but the gateway address is proving difficult to come by. I've tried going into my wireless network connections settings to try and find it to no avail. Can anyone help shed some light on this for me?

The gateway address is the address of the gateway to a larger network, which in your case is probably the address of your wireless AP, router, etc. The IP of whatever connects you to the internet.

Say you're setup like this
computer - wireless router - modem - wall
the wireless router is your gateway

Hit start, click run, type cmd

type ipconfig
your routers IP address is listed as your Default Gateway.
