Default Can you play Game systems on a PC?

I want to try and hook up a PS2 to a computer, so it runs off of the monitor.. I tried looking for a RCA to VGA adapter, and it said it would possibly be blurry due to the difference in resolution... so I was wondering if anyone has done this before, and what I should get.

i'm using a winTV tuner card with the s video input. it comes out ok... the major problem you will see are generally the progressive vs interlaced scanning

unless you have something to correct for it you will notice the lines to jag up anytime there is a vertical motion onscreen.

:edit:
the WinTV tuner DOES come with deinterlacing software to help.

my friend's radeon can do it. what is really cool, is you can play the PS2 as your desktop background.
