hell no, i'd return those with quickness. i wouldnt be concerned about the amount that chipped off, but more so towards the fact that it chipped off like that in the first place. imagine what would happen down the line.

well come to think of it, it almost looks like a separate layer from the rest of the pad. i guess you could slap em in, do some mean ass braking, and let them wear evenly, but can you have the peace of mind knowing that one of your 8 pads has the potential to fall apart like that piece did?

there's no way in hell i'd put those on my car. i would make aem replace them, they wouldn't have a choice.
