i still think its funny how dumplings are called "potstickers".... i remembered the first time i saw that was at costco's long time ago and i thought "wtf? friggin white people :rofl:"

I'm sorry I suck, this is what my friends called it. I actually did know the Japanese name, but I forgot it. My friends host mom was a four star chef and made us these really yummy pork and cabbage ones.
