I'm with you on that one.

Plus, even if I had the $50,000 down I'd like to put down -- I don't want the responsibility of a mortgage right now. I'm young, I make good money, I want to be irresponsible and drink, buy toys, rent a place that I don't give a shit about, have fun with ladies, and repeat all of the above every week.

I'll buy a house in 3-5 years... just don't want one now.

Good shiet JP. That's a nice place that you're renting. I like the look of it. Do you plan on keeping it like that or you gonna get more furniture? It seems pretty nice right now.
