right click, View page info, hit the media tab... look for the video on the list... hit save as
or just post it here

okay so i was able to record the stream, convert it to mpg (and i have an asf version)...now how do i grab the frames i want?

just open it in imageready, and it will let you select a range

i get an error when i open it with imageready, saying something about a plug-in system error
