Interesting articles on the dim future for PalmOS™...
I used to sell their PDAs by the dozen right around y2K.
Hell, I still use my Zire on a daily basis.
But it sounds like the death knell has rung for PalmOS and possibly for the entire company..

Unbeknownst to me, PalmOne is considering switching over to Windows Mobile. With Sony out of the PDA market, no one is licensing the PalmOS.

I agree with the author, Palm made some serious blunders.
First in reading the market and second in re-engineering Graffiti (the handwriting recognition software) when there was no need to do so.
On the off chance that anyone else cares, I thought I'd share.
