I bought one of those variety pack of cereals, it had Coco Puff's (not bad), Golden Grahams (not bad), Frosted Cherios (Yum), Honey Nut Cherios (Yum), regular Cherios (eh) Cinnamon Toast Crunch (Yum), Lucky Charms (ugh). One a day, not so filling as they are kid sized but enough to hold it down until lunch.
