that i can use to check whether or not my dealer rolled back my odomotor...also if hes done so, how do i go about reporting him?

 

You might have to spend some money to get a carfax report and If they did rolled back your odometer, its a Fderal Crime so you know what might happen to them.
And for reporting, I think you can report it at a Local Police Station or talk to a lawyer and see if you can Lawsuit them and get some money out.
