I'm at my worst this whole year. I haven't been to the gym since I can remember, I eat like 1.5 "meals" a day, and I barely sleep. I guess I should use this post to reinspire me to go back. Just gotta make time... :happysad:

i just started up again! got tired of feeling shitty all the time (no energy). so im eatting better and trying to hit the gym at least 3 times a week (versus once every 2 weeks

eating a lot better, 4 meals a day, i know i need another but oh wells
also been playing raquetball, i gotta get more cardio in terms of running in though and focusing on my core harder
