I'm at my worst this whole year. I haven't been to the gym since I can remember, I eat like 1.5 "meals" a day, and I barely sleep. I guess I should use this post to reinspire me to go back. Just gotta make time... :happysad:

i just started up again! got tired of feeling shitty all the time (no energy). so im eatting better and trying to hit the gym at least 3 times a week (versus once every 2 weeksh: )

3rd week still going well
gone 4 times this week
eating a lot better, 4 meals a day, i know i need another but oh wells
also been playing raquetball, i gotta get more cardio in terms of running in though and focusing on my core harder

my goal after this school year is around 225-230, too. I haven't worked out in over a month because I have been working too much and haven't really had the time/energy, but when I do go to workout, and I max out, I can still get 190 on bench press. I weight about 135-140lbs too.

since I got back from Greece, I've been going everyday. My weight is about the same (~242lbs), but my gut has shrunk a little, and my arms and chest are starting to get some definition.
