the structure itself (framing) is probably okay, its the sheetrock, subfloor, carpets etc that will need to be removed and replaced...
I dont know how extensive the damage is because I was in there for 15 minutes and then we had to leave. We have good insurance, but the adjuster did not assess the damage yet. It took my old man 20 years to pay off that house

thats the worst, i think it would be easier if you had just moved in or something and didnt have the years and years of hardwork, memories, and sentimental value inside it...
