I am happy with Comcast regardless of what the report may say.
As for the customer service...I have called them once for customer service which was when I first got it for them to hook it up and I was happy with the service. Since then whats to call for really?

adelphia bites... their customer service "techs" are rude to say the least. i've been hung up on twice by their billing department when i asked if my bill would be prorated for a string of lengthy outages.
