DHL experience
We get packages from all the major shipping organizations, and we got like 3 packages in a row (over the course of two weeks) from DHL that were soaking wet. Let me tell you, nothing pisses off your supervisor like handing him a stack of documents that have bled all over the place and are stuck together. I use DHL as little as possible, but sometimes we are required to because our partners often have us use their shipping accounts, and some of them use DHL.
I've never had a problem with UPS or FEDEX. Their overnight/2nd day services seem to be the same, but Fedex seems to get things to me faster when they are shipped ground or "Super Saver."
Super Saver shipping + Newegg = teh win
