Motor suggestions
I have a 93 civic with an LS motor in it, i got offered $2200 for it, im thinking of selling it and getting a JDM d15b full swap for under $800.00 and using the rest of the money to build the D15b and turbo it. Anyone think thats a good Idea? Or should i just keep the LS. My LS is just stock with an Exedy Clutch
exedy stage _____
if its just oem replacement exedy, then i would say go ahead and go with your plans.
otherwise if you have money invested in performance then just stick with your current project!

its just an exedy stage 1 clutch, It would take me about a year an half to build the LS motor and turbo it. Dont really have the money right now to Build it or turbo it. D15B is not that expensive to build and it performs real good from what i have heard
don't build, just turbo. Sounds like your goals are relatively modest/reasonable, in which case, a stock motor is more than enough, just tune properly.
As for which motor, I would definitely stick with the LS... its already in there and it will be much more satisfying once you're done.
If you decide to go d-series, forget about the "d15b for under $800" and start thinking "d16z6 for under $400." There is NOTHING about the d15b that makes it any better a platform than the z6/y8, and from a purist point of view, its worse because of its slight displacement handicap. People literally throw z6's and y8's away, just keep your eyes open.

Turbo B20. Single cams are worthless, unless theyre used as paperweights.

Meh...even then I'd probably want a dual cam...much wider base for the glass top.
