Rapidshare isn't bad, but there's a DL cap per hour of 30Mb.
Megaupload works nicely, but the DL speeds are brutal.
ultrashare.net is up and coming. Fast DL speeds too.

i can upload files to the ftp i have but i have no idea how to access the files after i upload them
maybe someone can help me and ill host them myself
