OK after seeing the video it does look a lot more interesting. I am still going to wait a while before even considering buying one because Nintendo and it's promises are something I just don't trust.

I can also see a lot of people complaining about broken lamps :chuckles:

I'm gonna buy the system regardless, but the controller seems pretty interesting.

hrmmm I think the controller was never nintendos problem. Im still a fan of the gamecube controller and even liked the n64 controller a bit. Nintendos problem has always been their niche market. They have always catered to the younger gamers while sony and microsoft cater to the players with the money. If nintendo will take this new system in the right direction they can be sucessful again their hardware has always been ahead of the playstation and playstation 2. Hardware isnt the problem again its the games they release or rather concent to release. the only mature game they supported was conkers and that might as well have been a kids game.
Nintendo can pull it out but it needs to get away from the novelty kids crap and start making devent games again if they plan to compete even untill the next generation console.

i like it alot. Its also cool if you can turn the controller 90 degrees and it'll act like the original NES controller

The only reason why people are screaming that the Revolution's controller "sucks" is the fact they're so used to the standard two-hand controllers that anything different is not to their preference.

But yet, I see huge potential with the Revolution controller, since it allows for more "natural" movement of your whole arm in certain games. I'd LOVE to see NAMCO port the Soul Calibur game to Revolution, for starters.
