Lets Dig Here For Teh Win - Oops, maybe not

I rode by this yesterday on my way to my bike ride. It is great that nobody got hurt. Heard some girl talking on the phone while riding by saying "When I saw the firetruck I thought I left my flat iron on..."

It is in an area that is surrounded by a few colleges (Penn and Drexel to the West and Temple to the North) as well us young professionals.

:werd: one the condo's my parents rent out didnt have renters insurance, which wouldve cost her llike 100, 200 bucks max a year.. place caught fire, everything was destroyed, she has nothing.
