They jump a bit when he hits the bottle the first time, but when he actually does the trick they're steady.

the bottle is falling out from behind the paper. the camera is looking at him straight-on, so you can't see where he's pulling the bottle from. it's probably inside his coat, or under his hat, and he uses slight of hand to make it look like it just appears. i have no idea how he/they got rid of the bottle from the ad.. my only guess would be that it's the same bottle cutout he uses in the next gag, when he turns the bottle into the bottle-shaped piece of paper. he somehow managed to take it off the ad without anyone noticing.
