Falling asleep at your desk at work...discuss
What do some of you guys/gals do when you hit that mode to where you start forgetting what youve just done from nodding in and out of conciousness? I just wrote 4 sentences on a work order that makes absolutely no sense because I was soooo tired right now.
What do you do to re-energize...besides the obvious caffeine heist and walk to around the building....

if i dont care about sleeping at the desk, i go smoke for about 30 min a then come back. or i just go anywhere but my desk

I kinda meditate when I'm on calls. Just sit there, block out all the office noise, and concentrate on my breathing. Pop right back into awareness right as the speakers are ready for me to open the lines up for Q&A
