That stuff is pretty good. I drank the strawberry GNC 100% whey protein for 3 years. But it's nothing like muscle milk. This stuff is amazing. I put off trying it because of the high amount of calories....but I finally gave in and I'm glad I did.

Why is that? The ones I take taste good. :dunno:

Muscle milk isn't just protein, it also has creatine in it..FYI.
