Will he stop jumping out of no where to place his kung fu grip around everyones legs and let Mr. Bojangles do the tap dance? It was funny at first but he does it several times every night. Even if I get my food and bring it to the table in the living room. I'll sit on the couch and he'll jump up behind me and attempt to go to town.

If you get his nads clipped, he still will hump. My beagle is 13 and still humps things. he's had no balls for 12 of his years.

 

ive heard before that if you get a dog fixed before they start humping things, they never will, because they never have the urge. but once they start, even if fixed they still will sometimes because they've learned the behavior. my dog was fixed right when she was 6 months old, and i dont think she has ever humped anything, could be different for females though.

Should have stopped that behavior the first time he did it. It's going to take some training now to stop it. We stopped our dog from nosing crotches the first few times she tried it. It would be kind of tough to stop her now at nearly ninety pounds and a little over 2 years old. Obnoxious behaviors are best stopped at very young ages.

 

my dads bulldog will grab your leg and will NOT let go. you have to slam his body into something for you to get away.
