recording screen activity software?

Default recording screen activity software?

Anyone knows of software that lets you record/saves everything that is going on as a "movie screenshot" of your pc? Preferably a freeware?

Camtasia which is made by Techsmith. Its good for making training vids for other people so they can see what you do on screen.

:werd: Camptasia is awesome Only problem is it's pretty pricey.

cool but would it record for 7 hours straight? see the reason i need something like that is so i can fun the software a whole day on my work computer that moniter line activity on 700 phone lines. and the end of the day i just want to check over the activity
