Default Sprint PCS Contract Clauses??

Anyone know of any clauses in the contract for term service? Our company cell phone has basically no reception anywhere except the office or close to the office. Sometimes there is no service as well.

Anyone know?

How long has the company had the service?

If it has been under a month they can get out of it. If it is over a month there is a fee for breaking contract but you may be able to argue that under the service being unuseable in your area and misrepresentation of coverage area.

I've heard of people getting out of their contracts for free because they moved somewhere with no service.

Has it been shitty reception the entire time? If so I doubt they'll let you out of it w/out a big fee.

Thats what I was wondering...why keep a contract for a year if you never get service

Well if they weren't using it then tell them to get a different service and finish that one out.

Seems they were paying for a phone they weren't using before now so why would it matter suddenly?
