Umm, yeah it does. Do you know how contaminated that water is? They don't have anywhere to wash that stuff in a timely fashion. Not to mention all the electronics that will end up water damaged that people are taking.

It's hot down there and I am sure somewhere in the bags of ice there are some cold foods as well.

I can understand the ice and water as well as some food, so I would say even though it is wrong it is a justifiable taking.

It's in the mid to upper 90's in NO. I know the ice won't last long, but the conditions can't be bearable down there.

That water has to be toxic. With the sewage and remains in it ... all the people looting will have diseases soon.

Yup. Sewage, human remains, animal remains, oil/gas from the roadways, other contaminants from cars submerged, etc.
