well most eyes that i can think of are white. Pretty much because blue and red are cop colors and even if something as simple as a blue ....i dunno license plate led you get screwed. So really i dont' see you winning this. Thats my only thought. So i'd just cut the wires on the rings and then the tickets would never arise again.
