As a guy, would you rather have a guy or girl roommate?
Both my roommate's ditched me last week for various legit reasons, so I had an ad put in the paper for a new roommate...well, I'm going down tonight to show this girl the place...and it got me thinking, what would I actually prefer? A guy or a girl?
Assuming there is no mutual sexual attraction, of course...

I'd have to say a girl.
In general, the guys you'll be living with are more likely to be irresponsible...and guys seem to be more sloppy than girls (always exceptions) and a girl is a lot less likely to drink all your beer on you. :beer:
On the negative side, women leave long hair everywhere and sharing a bathroom can be a pain. :hugglez:

it depends. some girls are really messy. so are some guys. i wouldn't really care either way as long as they didn't bug me, and paid their rent on time.
