Yeah I am pretty surprised myself. I am sure they will catch it soon, I got this link sent to me in a petition to ban the user. I guess technically though he really isn't breaking any laws in having the page or stating his opinion. Seems as though hate speech is just as protected as any other form.

Myspace's previous owner, Tom I think his name is? Anyway, he sold myspace to "News Corp" for a wopping 580 million dollars.

Hate speech may be protected by the constitution, but this is a privately owned site surely with rules against the spread of this type ideology.

It's a privately owned site... so the protection of the 1st Amendment is limited to what the owner deems appropriate. Like yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theatre, free speech is not without it's responsibilities, or liabilites for that matter.

And I bet the advertisers at myspace are not too keen on associating with the Aryan Nation.

A petition seems pointless... just tell the owner. h:

I agree privatley owned sites and businesses are exempt from havin gto allow it to happen.

I don't even know if there are any advertisers anymore...my banner bar on MySpace hasn't worked right in over a month....musta been some bad code I used h:
