Default how do i prevent or remove algae from my turtle tank

every weekend i scrub it with a toothbrush but it gets worse every week and is harder to scrub off

most of the dark spots is algae build up
turtles will make a quick meal out of a algae eater

It looked like a big flat turd to me at first...


I have a turtle and not too much you can do...

I use real rocks instead, and I dont have too much on there.. I have this ONE spot which is kind of hidden but it gets direct sunlight I think, and there is algae all on the glass
