This is the one where they talk about going to the hotel and being "trapped" in a sense, and not being able to leave?

Yeah it's on XM every so often. I have a 2.5 hour commute to work and back, I'll hear it maybe once or twice a week. And I have their live CD. I don't see how it's 'demonic'...I get what you were saying about being trapped now that I think about it. That's not really the meaning of it though, the 'trapped' metaphor is saying how you can leave but the memories and experiences will always be with you...I guess :dunno:

hotel california is, in my opinion, not their greatest song.

it's deep for a eagles tune... but its far from demonic
