Windows 95 Anniversary
Aug 24 was the tenth anniversary of the release of Microsoft Windows 95, the first version of Windows to include the Start menu. To commemorate this date, here is a collection of all versions of the Start button, up to Windows Vista.

Those were the coolest so far...
Man...I remember playing games on DOS way back when. We still have a couple computers that only have DOS installed. They had a great game on it though....A Parrot game. You talk into the mic and he squacked it out. Then if you pushed buttons he would react different ways....I've looked all over for that...Can't find it anymore. Its sad.

Woo! Let's all remember a crappy DOS shell that eventually became the most buggy and exploitable commercial OS ever!
Not that I'm bitter as a mac user (not at all, in fact... ask me about the last time my computer crashed or got a virus ), but Windows is quite a steaming pile of crap h:
