An advocate, who asked not to be named, said if the women were caught the man would have tremendous difficulty prosecuting them for rape as it was impossible to force a man to have sex with a woman.

That "advocate" is an idiot. Not only is it easy to slip someone something like a viagra, but just because a man is physically stimulated to an erection by no means indicates that he is willing to do so.
