Yea I've heard it for a few months but never knew the artist till recently. If I'm listening to the radio its a modern rock station that fails to play them. I just happened to hear them on another harder rock station.

I don't think RATM and AS sound alike at all. They have different styles of lyrics, different tempos, etc. I think the only similar thing would be the guitar riffs that you're used to hearing.
