ebay grace period
does anyone know what is the max grace period in which a seller should contact his buyer? I figured it would be 2-3 days after the auction end.
The story is.... I won an auction on Friday afteroon, instant payment friday right after the auction. Seller got payment and left me positive feedback on Sunday. I emailed monday thanking for positive feedback and checked on the status if my item will be shipped or not. Its thursday, tomorrow will be one week. What shall I do?
I have his email address and phone number, as well as what city he lives in. I called his house today and his wife/gf/mom said that he would get back to me, and that was 1:00ish.
If anybody wouldn't mind helping out that would be kewl.

Well it's only been a week so just sit tight for another few days. Start to email him daily until you get a response and keep it well documented. The emails should get harsher and harsher to the point where you say you need an answer by "time/day" or you'll report to Ebay. GL and let us know what happens.
