Carmichael. I will agree that the infrastructure in Cali is crumbling, and the politicians here are even more corrupt than they normally are, but it is by no means 100% ghetto. Any town you go to is going to have good and bad areas, all over the world, well, except the Middle East, that is all palace or ghetto. Every major city in the country I have ever been to was pretty sketchy from what you could see from the interstate

 

sorry, regardless of ho new natomas is...trust me its still fucking ghetto for the mere reason that all the trash is expanding out as the city expands. Hate to break it to you but sac is a shit hole.....especially at night.
