Google is doing whats called a "second issue," which means selling a bunch more stock a short time after doing an IPO. The funny part is the number of shares: 14,159,262. Pi = 3.14159262. They're selling a piece of pi.

Google is a really funny company in that geeky way.

I understand they put a complex mathmatical formula on a paid billboard and when you decoded it or whatever it gave you a phone number to call or an e-mail address or something.

Needless to say, if you figured it out, you got a nice, secure, job at Google.

Update: I just heard on the news that it will go on sale during the second week of September. Still no word on the ticker.
