If I only knew that the e-hobby mini-bots would fetch $200+, I would have bought a couple of sets to sit on and unload later.

Anyone know the going rate for the TFC mini-bots MISB?

$60-70? There's one on ebay with a BIN of $60 and $8 shipping.

I never thought Soundwave would break the $120 mark. $120+ is Megatron money.

this is exactly what happens when ...

1. Cybertron becomes a hit and brings old and new collectors into the fold.

2. TF's are all the rage in the toy section of every store. You can now choose from Cybertron, Beastwars, Universe, Alternators, and Starwars variants.

3. The TFC's get old.

This helps spread gas on the fire ...

http://www.vh1.com/shows/series/i_lo...s/i_love_toys/

VH1 is starting a toy show. Much like their "I love the 70's, 80's, 90's", this will only focus on toys. Vote for TF's while you're there and you'll see that they're "Hot"

Click on the TF link, it won't take you to Transformers.com, it'll take you to TFW2005.com.

Makes me not feel so bad that I double up on some things.

I'm still deciding wether or not to double up on Pepsi Prime...

It's one of those items that crosses over into two collectible areas...TF collectors and soft-drink merchandise collectors. There's a good possibility of making some good $$$ on one in a year or two.

It'll be interesting to see at what price this auction ends:

^I saw that...

It looks like Digital Toys is clearing out their dinged and shelf-worn TFC's on e-bay now.

I clicked into a few of the TFC auctions, and most state worn and slightly dinged boxes. That's always a "stay away" flag for me.

Some look to be good though...not bad if you want to finish out a TFC collection and you don't care about some shelf wear.
