I think it's time to throw my TRU Starscream on the bay.

 

Just bite the bullet...it's going to be difficult to find better prices. Although that Starscream/Inferno? combo on ebay for 40 was ridiculous.


On a related note, I have successfully smuggled Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, and Soundblaster into my place this weekend :yay:

There's a Toys R Us (TRU) version and a TFC (Transforemers Collection - JDM) version out there.

I found a US version for $15 on eBay last week. The JDM's will run about $35 ea.

The US version has modified weapons to meet US safty standards. The JDM's are near 1985 accurate with cooler looking boxes.

Not every TRU US reissue was seen in Japan as a TFC. (Vice versa)

 

yep, i've seen both. kind of irks me the safety nonsense. as you know, my optimus has short smoke stacks. it's "safer". :loco:

 

Don't get me started on those smokestacks


The TFC's are more expensive, but they're prettier and you can get a Megatron that looks like a real gun. You'll never see that in the US again.
